The rating of any weblink is the net average of all ratings given so far.
The weblinks are however, ordered based on their ranking.
Ranking is done on total value of the ratings and the total value is the net sum
of all ratings so far. Thus, if link A has ratings 4 and 5 given by individual users,
and link B has a 5 star rating given by just one user, then link A would be ranked higher than
link B since total value of A (4+5=9) is greater than that of B (which is 5).
Note: You can rate any Sangraha weblink only once, So take care when you do so.
